Well its taken some time, but ive eventually got round to setting up the blog….. so i better tell you a little about this venture of mine.
I was sitting in the hairdressers (in RL) … beauty salon to my comrades in the US …. a month ago, and obviously my mind started to wander as i sat there staring into the mirror looking at the hair dye being rapidly applied to my dull and lifeless locks. Every day thousands of people across the world put them selves through the rigmarole of of having their hair cut, straightened, curled, dyed, braided, extended, shaved… and sometimes even knotted :0 …… and all for the reason of wanting to look presentable. Shaking my head in disbelief at my own RL vanity i started to think about how i wish i could change my hair as quick and as easy as i do as Cherrie. Im not saying im a “hair whore” here on SL……. but ive got so many different styles i could easily have a new one every day for over a year, but tbh most of them hardly see the light of day. Then it hit me like a bolt of thunder …… kablammmmmm!……. lets pay hommage to all the gorgeous hair here on SL.; pay tribute to the time, effort and creativity of the designers who have created the most gorgeous hair pieces….. the ones that make you feel like a princess (or prince) when you delicately “wear” it on your head. Hence **~ Prim Cutz Magazine ~** was born (thank you my love for the name xxxx)
I’m unsure how this venture will work out….. but with the support, and photographic talent, of my gorgeous hubbby Raven, and of course you readers i hope you will join me on my travels as i blog the daily ups and downs of this exciting new project.

First Issue – OUT NOW

Yes…. u heard right….. the debut issue of Prim Cutz Magazine is OUT NOW!!
I know its been such a long time since i took the photos…. but RL has had to come first.
Anyhow, i just want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their time, patience and belief. It was so much fun and i got to photograph some beautiful people who really do love their hair

Yes, the magazine isnt out yet…. and thats not through want of trying….. just RL is not fabulous atm and im finding little time to finish it. All pics, comments etc are done…. its just the editorial left to do. I will try desperately to get it finishes and out before christmas.

Apologies and Good News !

Well i know it seems like an age since i first asked for models for the mag, but im pleased to say that the 1st edition is almost ready to hit the streets. Unfortunately i have been ill RL so have been unable to work on the issue much, but i have been told to take time off from RL work (yipee) so i now have more time to dedicate to SL.
All photographs have been taken of the models, so just the “tidying up” of the issue to take place. Hopefully i will be sending the magazine out by Monday 8th – i know its 7 days late but hey.. ive tried lol. And i would be grateful if anyone out there know of a scripter, or even an object, i can use to vend the magazines out… as i am lucky enough to have a few places for them.
Cant wait till monday peeps

Ive just read the notice that one of you models featured in the magazine has just been selected as a runner up in one of SL’s major modelling contests.
Yes.. im so proud to say that EmeraldEyes Honi has been chosen as JCNY ModelFest’s November Runner-Up !! This is one of the biggest contests in Second Life and im just so pleased, happy and overwhelmed that shes got so far. Well done Emmy….. and thank you for sparing the time to pose for the magazine x

Just a quick reminder to the handful of models who have recieved the final application form……. please make sure it is completed and sent back to me by the end of the day The photoshoot is hopefully being scheduled for Friday and Saturday,

First of all, i just want to say a BIG “thank you” to everyone who has applied to be in the 1st Edition of the Magazine. We have narrowed it down to a handful of peeps…. who have now been sent the final application pack….. and hopefully the select few will be decided by Thursday 27th November … as long as the artisitic director and my self do not argue over who we want lol.
Secondly, can i just remind potential models that even if you do not make into the first edition i will be keeping your info on file for next month …. so please dont take it as a rejection….. just a postponement lol.
